Flower Fairy Fire Dancers: An Enchanted Corporate Event for Tree of Life

Fire, flowers, fairies and magic under the stars.
Aluminus Dance & Entertainment recently had the pleasure of creating a special Temple of Fire performance for Tree of Life’s Flower Fairy event at their Somersby head office on the Central Coast.
The brief was wonderfully different: a two-performer feature fire show for a corporate celebration inspired by a Flower Fairy Fire Dancers theme.
Rather than simply bringing one of our existing fire shows to the event, we wanted the performance to feel as though it truly belonged within the world Tree of Life had created.
Bringing the Flower Fairy Fire Dancers Theme to Life
Every event has its own atmosphere, and for us, the music, movement, costuming and visual styling are all part of telling that story.
For this performance, we took inspiration from the Flower Fairy theme and interpreted it through our Temple of Fire concept.
Temple of Fire brings movement, music and flame together to create an immersive, ritual-like performance, drawing on both symbolic and artistic influences.
For Tree of Life, that world became softer, feminine and more enchanted.
Our Fire Fairies wore iridescent coral costumes with flowing fringe, styled with gold statement crowns, gold fairy ears, and accessories. The warm coral shimmer caught the changing light and glow of the flames, while the gold detailing brought a magical, otherworldly quality to the look.
The styling was brought together with carefully selected musical elements and fire choreography to create our own interpretation of the Flower Fairy theme.
Dancing Under the Stars
The performance took place outdoors at Tree of Life’s Somersby head office, with the surrounding warehouse and grounds transformed for the evening.
As night fell, Beltane-inspired music began, and glowing moon lights set the stage, creating the opening atmosphere for the performance.
And what an audience to perform for — everyone had embraced the theme and looked beautiful dressed as fairies themselves.
From the atmospheric opening, the show gradually built into a dynamic fire performance, combining choreographed dance with a variety of fire elements and props.
The music shifted with the energy of the performance, moving through moments of enchantment, drama and high-impact fire. Our two Fire Fairies performed together and individually, creating changing formations and visual moments as the flames became progressively more prominent throughout the show.
And for the finale, the celebration opened up to everyone.
The audience joined our Fire Fairies in dancing beneath the stars, bringing performers and guests together and ending the show in a joyful celebration of music, movement and magic.
Against the night sky, surrounded by a fairy-filled audience, it was the perfect ending to the performance.
There really was magic in the air.
