TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and performances contracted with Aluminus Entertainment. By confirming a booking, the Client agrees to the following terms.
1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the event date.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received in cleared funds.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment upfront.
-
Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in cancellation of services.
2. Cancellations & Postponements

All booking fees are non-refundable.
-
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may incur the full performance fee.
-
One postponement may be permitted (subject to availability) if written notice is provided.
-
If the new date is unavailable, cancellation terms apply.

In the event of government restrictions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), alternative arrangements will be discussed; refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities & Event Requirements

The Client agrees to provide:

A safe and suitable performance area
-
Clear access for performers and equipment
-
Adequate ceiling height (where relevant)
-
Access to a private and secure changing area
-
Access to power supply if required
-
A suitable sound system unless otherwise arranged
-
The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits the booked performance type.
4. Fire Performances (Where Applicable)
-
Fire performances are subject to venue approval and local regulations.
-
A safe perimeter must be maintained at all times.
-
Performances may be modified or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, including strong wind.
-
The Client must inform the venue that fire entertainment has been booked.
-
Fire performances are generally outdoor only unless pre-approved.
-
If fire performance is deemed unsafe, an alternative LED or non-fire performance may be offered where possible.
5. Safety & Guest Conduct

All performers are trained professionals.
-
Guests must not touch, interfere with, or obstruct performers or equipment.
-
The Client is responsible for managing guest behaviour.
-
Aluminus Entertainment is not liable for injuries resulting from unsafe venue conditions or guest interference.
-
We hold current Public Liability Insurance. Certificates of currency can be provided upon request.
6. Performance Timing & Changes
-
Final performance times and run sheet details must be confirmed prior to the event.
-
Changes within 48 hours of the event may incur additional fees.
-
Delays beyond agreed performance times caused by the Client or venue may incur overtime charges.
7. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
-
Final performance times and run sheet details must be confirmed prior to the event.

Changes within 48 hours of the event may incur additional fees.

Delays beyond agreed performance times caused by the Client or venue may incur overtime charges.
8. Travel & Accommodation
-
Travel inside the Sydney CBD metropolitan area may incur additional fees.
-
Parking must be provided where possible.
-
Accommodation or flights may be required for regional or interstate bookings.
9. Performer Substitution
-
In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, Aluminus Entertainment reserves the right to substitute performers of equal skill and professionalism.

If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
10. Photography, Media & Promotion
-
Aluminus Entertainment may use images or video from events for promotional purposes unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to the event.
-
Full filming of performances for reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.
11. Intellectual Property
-
All choreography, costumes, branding, concepts, and performance material remain the intellectual property of Aluminus Entertainment and may not be replicated or reproduced without written permission.
12. Acceptance of Terms
-
By confirming a booking and paying the required deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
