When elegance meets energy, magic happens — and the recent launch event at St Lucia Restaurant was exactly that.
With performers dressed in striking red and gold Brazilian carnival costumes, the evening unfolded as a vibrant and immersive celebration of food, wine, music, and dance — designed to captivate guests from the very first moment.
🔥 A Fiery Welcome
As guests arrived, they were met with a mesmerising fire performance out the front of the venue — setting the tone for the night ahead. The glow of flames created an electric first impression, drawing guests in and building anticipation before they even stepped inside.
💃 Inside the Celebration
As the evening transitioned indoors, the energy evolved into a lively and interactive dining experience. Our salsa dancers took to the floor across multiple sets, moving through the restaurant and dancing with guests between courses.
Accompanied by a live DJ, percussionist, and saxophonist, the atmosphere became a seamless fusion of rhythm and connection — where entertainment wasn’t just watched, but experienced.
The dancers, adorned in red and gold Latin costumes, brought warmth, movement, and vibrancy into the space — elevating the entire dining experience.

To close the night, the energy lifted once more as our performers returned in illuminated silver and gold showgirl costumes — a striking contrast to the earlier carnival aesthetic.
