This past weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of performing at the Trailblazers & Trendsetters Ball at the stunning Hyatt Regency Sydney — and what a night it was!
The ballroom glowed in neon reds and cool blues, setting the tone for an evening that celebrated innovation, courage, and creativity — the perfect match for our flash mob performance designed around the theme Trailblazers and Trendsetters Through the Eras.
💃 A Flash Mob with a Message
Our dancers took guests on a journey through time — celebrating the music, fashion, and icons who shaped generations. From the swing and style of the 1920s - 1940s to the rebellious rhythm of Elvis, the soulful energy of Bob Marley, and the unstoppable power of Beyoncé and Madonna — each moment honoured those who dared to lead, not follow.
Every transition, costume, and step was a tribute to the trendsetters and trailblazers who continue to inspire artistry today. And yes, we did it all in statement suits — a timeless symbol of confidence, unity, and flair.
🎭 Behind the Scenes
Before stepping into the spotlight, our performers prepped backstage in a blur of colour, laughter, and choreography checks. The bold red, white, and black outfits, heart-shaped sunglasses, and pastel wigs brought a playful twist to the theme — blending vintage flair with modern attitude.
As soon as the first beat dropped, heads turned. Within moments, the dance floor came alive, and by the finale, the entire room was up dancing, clapping and cheering along. It’s the kind of reaction that reminds us why we love creating these unforgettable surprise performances.
